We began by pre-treating the concrete with a strong algicide to fully dehydrate and kill the algae and mold embedded in the pores of the surface. Once the solution had time to work, we pressure-washed the concrete to remove the dead organic matter, leaving the walkways clean, safe, and slip-resistant. Unlike other companies that rely solely on high-pressure washing, our pre-treatment ensures longer-lasting results by eliminating algae at its source rather than just washing it away temporarily.
