Ball Homes Townhome(s) Trim Wash
November 15, 2024
We recently soft-washed the white column trim of a series of Ball Homes townhomes in Lexington, Kentucky. We used our safe and effective low-pressure House washing method. Over time, algae, mold, and other organic growth had built up on the columns, detracting from the overall aesthetic of the community. To address this, we used an algicide soap specifically designed to eliminate organic growth while being gentle on the surfaces, ensuring a thorough and safe clean.
Before applying the cleaning solution, we took care to pre-soak the surrounding plants and landscaping with water to protect them from potential exposure to the soap. Our soft-washing process is much more than a surface-level solution. Unlike high-pressure washing, which can damage delicate surfaces and only remove visible growth temporarily, our method dehydrates and kills algae and mold at their source. After the soap had time to work, we rinsed the area with low-pressure water, leaving the columns spotless and restoring their bright, clean appearance.
This service not only enhanced the curb appeal of these Lexington townhomes but also provides long-term benefits by preventing the quick regrowth often seen with traditional pressure washing. For townhome communities, regular soft-washing is an essential maintenance step to preserve property value and ensure a welcoming environment. At Drew’s Pressure Washing, we specialize in delivering safe, lasting results that protect and beautify multi-unit properties like these.
